A. Registration

1. Every person playing on the ladder must be a registered member of the XBOX WARZONE. Your XBOX WARZONE username must be the same as your XBOX Live Gamertag.

2. Each team registered at the XBOX WARZONE must have at least 2 members.

3. Each Team must have a primary contact or team Leader as it will be referred to at the XBOX WARZONE. A team can have more than one Team Leader but a minimum of one is required. The Team Leaders must keep their contact information up to date at all times. Any misleading statements, duplicate accounts or incorrect contact information will result in either suspension or removal from the XBOX WARZONE Ladders.

4. Team Names must be kept clean and cannot contain any foul language or racist overtures. XBOX WARZONE reserves the right to remove any team not conforming to this rule.

B. Ladder Rules

1. At the beginning of each match, a lag test must be performed. The lag test should last at least one minute. Once the lag test is complete, each team must agree that the connection is good enough to move on with the match. Once the match has started, ending the match for lag will result in a forfeit.

2. If once a match begins, any member drops or fails to connect within the first minute, the host must restart the session. After a minute, drops result in a loss.

3. If the host drops or disconnects during a round, the round must be replayed. If the host drops a second time, another player must host the match.

4. Teams are allowed to substitute players in between rounds. Teams should be allowed 3 minutes in between rounds to substitute their players. If the substitution cannot take place in 3 minutes, the substituting team will be forced to play short handed. No players that are being substituted are allowed to remain in the game room during the match. Observers are strictly prohibited.

5. Should a team or player fail to cancel a match 8 hours prior to match time, the match will be forfeited. Should a team be more than 15 minutes late for a match, the match will be forfeited.

6. Teams or players failing to respond to an automated challenge within 7 days will automatically receive a loss for that match. If the challenge has not been accepted within seven days, the challenging team has to submit a support request form in order for the forfeit to be enforced.

7. In order to keep the ladders active, any team or player that does not compete in a match within fourteen (14) days will be assessed a 2 point penalty. The penalty will be deducted from their overall point total and affect their ladder ranking accordingly.

8. Custom Matches are allowed at the XBOX WARZONE although we prefer that you stick to the ladder rules. In order for a custom match to take place, both teams and/or players has to agree to the terms of the match.

9. Each Team or Player (solo ladders) is required to play in at least one match per month. If you or your team is inactive for more than a month, you or your team will be removed from the ladder.

C. Ranking

1. The winning team/player is responsible for reporting the the outcome of the match. The results of the match must be reported within 24 hours. Any team/player caught posting false results (ie. falsely reporting a win) will be immediately removed from the ladders and denied further access to the website. We only want honorable players at this site and cheating will not be tolerated, Period! If you or your team has won a match and the other team (losing team) falsely reports that they one the match, complete a support request immediately. The matter will be investigated. Should there not be enough proof presented by both teams to determine the winner, the match must be replayed. Both teams will also be entered into a "black list" and should this problem arise repeatedly with persons on the "black list" those teams/players will be removed from the ladders.

2. Should a team/player fail to report for a scheduled match, complete a support request immediately. Do not go post the win for your team.! All forfeits must be approved by the Xbox Warzone Staff. Any team/player posting a win due to a forfeit situation without approval from the Warzone Staff will be removed from the ladders and banned from the website.

3. Points are scored on the ladder based on the ladder position of the team you are playing. All teams are awarded a point value based on their ranking. The ranking groups are defined below.

Ranking Group A (Top 25%) - 4 pts

Ranking Group B (Top 26% - 50%) - 3 pts

Ranking Group C (51% 0 75%) - 2 pts

Ranking Group D (Lower 25%) - 1 pt

You do not lose any points for a loss. Rankings are based on your most recent 15 matches.

4. Advancing due to wins cycles everyone down the ladder. Since there are no ties when you advance to a position you take that teams rank and they cycle down right below you.

D. User/Team Conduct

1. Team members are allowed to only be a member of one team at a time. Should you elect to join a new team, your current team leader must remove you from their roster before you can be added to another team.

2. Exploiting errors in maps or some other aspect of the game and using them in ways not intended by the developer is called glitching. We consider this cheating. Warnings up to removal from the ladder can occur.

3. The misuse of standard game options for self gain is considered cheating.. Example: (Not limited to) Being an observer in a game of ghost recon and relaying information to your teammates.

4. Verbally abusing other teams and or players is unacceptable. This includes but not limited to the use of foul or degrading language. Game lobbies and forums are included in this rule. XBOX WARZONE reserves the right to remove any player or team nor abiding by this rule.

5. Accusing a team or player of cheating whether publicly or privately is not accepted. Should you have a complaint regarding a team or player that you feel is cheating, use the support request form to contact the XBOX WARZONE Administrators.

E. Support Requests

1. Should you have an issue that needs to be addressed by the XBOX WARZONE Administrator, please submit a Support Request. Please provide evidence to support your claim. Do not use the forums or game lobby's to state your claim, this is grounds for removal from the ladder. Submitting support requests for a match complaint must be done immediately. We will allow up to 24 Hours from the time of the match to issue a support request. After 24 hours we will not act on the request. Support requests are not for public knowledge. They are the business of the teams involved and the administration. The XBOX WARZONE Administrators may take up to one week to rectify an issue.

2. Should a player or team refuse to abide by the resolution handed down by the XBOX WARZONE , the player or team may be removed from the ladder.

F. Terms of Service

1. All logos, images, and trademarks in this site are property of their respective owner. The comments are property of their posters.

2. You agree that all rulings made by the XBOX WARZONE are final and that you will abide by these rulings.

3. You agree that the XBOX WARZONE has the right to end your service at anytime.

4. You agree to hold the XBOX WARZONE and all of its owners, partners, or employees harmless of any liability issues that may stem from your use of this site.

5. The XBOX WARZONE reserves the right to modify these rules and terms of service at anytime. By accepting these terms of service, you agree to frequently check these rules and terms of service for modifications and/or additions.
